Hrdc Translation Services was established in July 2002 as a division of Human Resources Development Centre, a corporate training consultancy established in Hong Kong in 1997.

The company name “Hrdc” comes from the collective description of our exclusive translation services namely, High-quality, Reliable, Devoted and Cost-effective.
