Established in Hong Kong in August 1997, Human Resources Development Centre (HRDC) started as a Hong Kong distributor of a famous international brand of a series of 12 multimedia business & management skills training courses using the CD-ROM as the delivery platform. With the continual support of our customers who are human resources and training practitioners from government departments, listed companies and blue-chip MNCs in Hong Kong and China, HRDC now represents multiple suppliers from Europe and the U.S.A. with a multimedia training library of over 200 online / off-line courses. The delivery platforms available now are Internet, Intranet and CD-ROM. Our corporate customer base has expanded from 5 when we started to over 100 in January 2001.
